Apex Entertainment, Marlborough Ma is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our team!  We are currently looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our sales team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests.  In this role, you will be responsible for responding to general guest inquiries via phone, email, and web chat to ensure complet guest satisfaction.


  • Answer guest phone calls, emails, and web chats in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Provides guest with all necessary information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Responsible for staying consistenly informed on all Apex has to offer from hours of operations, pricing, special events, promotions, and event packages.
  • Work off-site street teams events to foster community relationships and bolster new business.  Street team events can include county fairs, drive in movies theaters, sports games, parades and more.
  • Administrative tasks such as checking attraction reservations, adjusting online reservations, filing event invoices, and other responsibilities as designated by the Sales Manager.
  • Daily communication with Sales Manager on status of all ongoing projects.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by management.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience working in a customer facing role.
  • Must be able to routinely work a flexible schedule inculding days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills to ensure a quick response to guest needs.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
